VitalityVerdict exists because the conditions men most reliably ignore — ED chief among them — are also the ones where the difference between a legitimate, clinician-reviewed telehealth service and a sketchy pill website is hardest to see from the outside. We research that difference and publish what we find in plain language.

We are a review and comparison site, not a medical practice: we don't examine patients, prescribe treatment, or dispense anything. Nothing we publish is medical advice, and a licensed clinician's screening — through whichever provider or doctor you choose — is always the step that matters.

The site is reader-supported through advertising and referral fees from some of the companies we feature, which is disclosed on every page where it applies. Fees never buy a softer caveat: pages that recommend a provider also state who it's not for. How we evaluate platforms is documented in how we review.
